Contributions and Donations. Licensee must not contribute or donate any items, services, or money to any individual or entity, including any religious, political, social, civic, or other type of organization (or to any individual on behalf on any organization) in the name of the Center or the LITTLE DOODLES PLAY CAFÉ brand without Licensor’s prior, written authorization, which may be withheld in Licensor’s sole discretion.

  • Capital Contributions and Distributions The Member may make such capital contributions (each a “Capital Contribution”) in such amounts and at such times as the Member shall determine.
