Contributions Made Promptly. Elective Deferrals under the Plan shall be transferred to the applicable Funding Vehicle within 15 business days following the end of the month in which the amount would otherwise have been paid to the Participant.

Contributions Made Promptly. Eligible Employee contributions made under Subsection 2.03(b) of the Plan shall be transferred to the applicable Vendor within a period that is not longer than is reasonable for the proper administration of the Plan, but in any event within the time period required under state law.
Contributions Made Promptly. Annual Deferrals by the Participant under the Plan will be transferred to the Custodial Accounts Fund within a period that is not longer than is reasonable for the proper administration of the Participant’s Account Balance. For this purpose, the Annual Deferral will be treated as contributed within a period that is not longer than is reasonable for the proper administration if the contribution is made to the Custodial Accounts Fund within fifteen (15) business days following the end of the month in which the amount would otherwise have been paid to the Participant.
