Funding Vehicle definition

Funding Vehicle means the annuity contracts issued by an insurance company qualified to issue annuities, as defined in Code section 403(b)(1), the custodial accounts issued by a regulated investment company, as defined in Code section 403(b)(7), and the retirement income accounts, as defined in Code section 403(b)(9), utilized for funding benefits payable under the Plan and specifically approved by the Employer for use under the Plan.

Funding Vehicle means a trust or insurance polices, if any, which are established or acquired by the Company to hold amounts accrued by the Company in accordance with Section 4.4.

Funding Vehicle means a Trust Agreement or Contract under which some or all of the assets of the Plan are held and invested.
