CONTRIBUTIONS TO RETIREMENT TRUST. β€Œ Effective July 1, 2019, the Employer shall contribute to the Secure Retirement Trust: (i) sixty-five cents ($0.65) per department-paid hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with seven-hundred one (701) or more cumulative career hours and (ii) fifty cents ($0.50) per department paid hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with less than seven-hundred one (701) cumulative career hours. Effective July 1, 2020, the Employer shall contribute to the Secure Retirement Trust; (i) eighty cents ($0.80) per department-paid hour worked by all home care workers covered by the Agreement with seven-hundred one (701) or more cumulative career hours and (ii) fifty cents ($0.50) per department-paid hour worked by all home care workers with less than seven-hundred one (701) cumulative career hours. Department-paid hours shall not include administrative time in Section 8.5, consumer participation hours, training hours or paid time off.
