CONTRIBUTIONS TO RETIREMENT TRUST. Effective July 1, 2015, the Employer shall contribute twenty-three cents ($0.23) per department paid hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement. Department-paid hours shall not include consumer participation hours, training hours, or paid time off.

Effective July 1, 2018, the Employer shall contribute fifty cents ($0.50) per department paid hour worked by all home care workers covered by the Agreement. Department-paid hours shall not include administrative time in Section 8.5, consumer participation hours, training hours, hours or paid time off.
