CONTROL OF BUILDING. In occupying the auditorium or any part thereof, KCPA does not relinquish the right to control the management thereof and to enforce all necessary and proper rules for the management and operation of the same; and the Executive Director, or his designee, may enter the building and any of the premises at any time and on any occasion.
