Common use of CONTROL OF BUILDING Clause in Contracts

CONTROL OF BUILDING. The Department Facilities and Premises, including keys thereto, shall be at all times under control of the Department. The Director and other duly authorized representatives of the City may enter the Premises at all times during the Event Period. The entrances and exits of the Premises shall be locked and unlocked at such times as may be reasonably required by Client for its use of Department Facilities. Client at Client’s expense shall provide security guards arranged through the Department in numbers and at locations as determined by the Director, whose duties shall include, but not be limited to, crowd control and building security.
