Common use of CONTROL OF BUILDING Clause in Contracts

CONTROL OF BUILDING. Landlord shall perform any acts which it determines to be advisable for the more efficient and proper operation of the Building. More particularly and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Landlord shall be entitled to do the following: (a) obstruct or close off all or any part of the Building for the purpose of maintenance, repair, alteration or construction; (b) regulate the delivery or shipping of supplies and fixtures to the Premises; (c) construct other buildings, structures or Improvements in the Building and make alterations and additions to the Building and its Common Areas; and (d) relocate or modify Common Areas.
