Equipment and Operation. Registered user will provide and maintain all telephone, software, computer hardware and other equipment necessary to access the BCI Sites, and the costs of any necessary equipment and/or telephone connections or use, including applicable taxes, will be the registered user’s responsibility. You are responsible for operating your own equipment and for familiarity with the Information used with or available through the BCI Sites.
Equipment and Operation. The Contractor hereby agrees to supply, through lease or purchase and at its own costs, all the equipment necessary to carry out its obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to the vehicles necessary to provide the services as described herein.

Control measures shall include, but not be limited to, the following requirements: • Equipment shall arrive at the site sufficiently clean such that the Contract Administrator may confirm that no invasive species or noxious weeds are transported onto the site by equipment. • Equipment shall arrive on site in good repair and shall be regularly inspected and maintained by the Contractor throughout the duration of the contract to ensure that it remains free of fluid leaks. • Equipment shall not work in watercourses where the Contract Documentation and Drawings do not indicate work to be completed within the watercourse. Under no circumstances shall equipment be permitted to travel in the active watercourse. • Where Contract Documentation and Drawings indicate work to be completed within or adjacent to the active watercourse operations shall be kept to a minimum and be completed in an organized and efficient manner such that the overall duration is minimized. • Restoration of disturbed areas shall be completed immediately following the disturbance of an area regardless of whether it is vegetation, hard surfaces, watercourse surfaces or embankment surfaces. • Storage, maintenance and cleaning of equipment shall be performed a minimum of 30 meters away from the active watercourse and above the high- water mark. • Storage of fuel tanks and refueling operations shall be performed a minimum of 30 meters away from the active watercourse and above the high-water mark. All fuel tanks shall be sound, leak free and where necessary certified by the required authority. • Biohazardous, Poisonous, Corrosive and/or Toxic Materials shall be stored a minimum of 30 meters away from the active watercourse and above the high- water mark. Regulated materials shall be handled and used in accordance with applicable regulations. Quantities of these materials on site at any time shall be the minimum deemed required to carry out this Contract. • A procedure for interception, clean-up, proper disposal and reporting of spills shall be in place prior to the commencement of the work and subject to the approval of the Contract Administrator and other Approving Authorities (i.e. MOE, Conservation Authority, DFO, MNR). Equipment and Operation. 7.1 Purchasers shall provide and maintain all service mains and valves and bear the costs for connection to the BCWS mainline for all piping that serves only the Purchasers customers. Xxxxxxx Water District mainline piping is a pass thru system for downstream Purchasers and mainline repairs will be the responsibility of BCWS within this system. The service main shall be equipped with a valve located on the BCWS transmission main and said valve shall be under the sole and complete control of the City. The downstream side of each Purchaser’s master meter marks the limit of the City’s responsibility for maintenance of the transmission system.
7.2 City representatives will regularly inspect each master meter measuring the supply of water furnished and will repair or replace the meter or part of a meter if the meter is not functioning properly. The cost to replace or repair a master meter will be the responsibility of that Purchaser.
7.3 The water supply furnished from the BCWS shall be drawn by each Purchaser at a rate prescribed and controlled by the City throughout 24 hours of each day of the year, which shall not exceed the total daily average supply of water established in Section 9.3 of this Agreement.
7.4 Purchasers shall be responsible for invoicing and collecting all water bills from the consumers located within their respective service areas, and for all maintenance and repair of their water systems located within their respective service areas beyond the City’s master meter.
7.5 In the event that a Purchaser has a consumer directly connected to the BCWS transmission main, the Purchaser shall read that consumer’s meter to determine the amount of water delivered to that Purchaser.
Equipment and Operation. 8.1 You shall provide and maintain all telephone/ internet and other equipment necessary to access the App and the costs of any such equipment and/or telephone/internet connections or use, including any applicable taxes, shall be borne solely by you. You are responsible for operating your own equipment used to access the App.

The costs of any such equipment and telephone connections or use, including any applicable taxes, shall be borne solely by Licensee. DrillingInfo reserves the right to refuse assistance or to charge additional fees if Licensee seeks assistance from DrillingInfo with respect to such basic background information or any other matters not directly relating to the operation of the DI System.

You shall reimburse Aegis for any such costs incurred by Aegis due to use of the Aegis Website by you; such reimbursement shall be billed to you and payable in accordance with your payment for access to the Aegis Website. You are responsible for operating your own equipment and for familiarity with the information (e.g., calculations and reports) used with or available through the Aegis Website. Aegis reserves the right to refuse assistance or to charge additional fees if you seek assistance from Aegis with respect to such basic background information or any other matters not directly relating to the operation of the Aegis Website. Neither Aegis nor its licensors shall have any responsibility to provide you with alternate access to the Aegis Website if your access is interrupted due to a breakdown or failure of your equipment.
Equipment and Operation a) The Contractor hereby agrees to supply, through lease or purchase and at its own costs, all the equipment necessary to carry out its obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to the vehicles necessary to provide the services as described herein.
b) Contractor agrees to supply and maintain at its’ own cost communication equipment suitable for carrying out the terms of this Agreement. Where available, the Contractor may buy or lease from the Carrier suitable radio and pager or other communications equipment as may be designated by the Carrier or its customers. The terms and conditions of such sale or lease, as applicable, shall be attached hereto as Schedule A.
c) Contractor covenants and agrees to perform all such services that are incidental to the services to be rendered hereunder, including the completion of all bills of lading, pickup and delivery receipts and inspection reports as may be required by the Carrier and in accordance with specific client’s instructions, should this be the case, and applicable industry standards.
d) The Contractor covenants and agrees that the vehicles used to render the services described hereunder shall be operated in compliance with the provisions of all applicable statutes, laws and regulations, whether local, municipal, provincial or federal, governing the use and operation of the vehicles. The Contractor also covenants and agrees that the operation of the vehicles shall be with the utmost regard for the safety of the public. The failure of the Contractor to maintain such standards, the assessment thereof being within the sole discretion of the Carrier, shall be considered a breach of this Agreement and sufficient cause of immediate termination thereof by the Carrier.
e) Should the Contractor be assigned to and perform services for the Carrier on behalf of a dedicated client, Contractor agrees to respect and abide by all requirements, guidelines and procedures set out in the Standard Operating Procedures or otherwise imposed by such dedicated client.
f) The Contractor may affix to the vehicles used in the service of the Carrier, and keep affixed thereon while providing services hereunder such symbols, insignia and other identification of the Carrier, provided that when the said equipment is withdrawn from the service of the Carrier or upon the termination of this Agreement, Contractor shall immediately remove said symbols, insignia and other identification from its vehicles at its own expense.
