Common use of Control Persons Clause in Contracts

Control Persons. The obligations of the Company and the Selling Shareholders under this Section shall be in addition to any liability which the Company and the Selling Shareholders may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each person, if any, who controls any Underwriter within the meaning of the Act; and the obligations of the Underwriters under this Section shall be in addition to any liability which the respective Underwriters may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each director of the Company, to each officer of the Company who has signed a Registration Statement and to each person, if any, who controls the Company within the meaning of the Act.

Control Persons. The obligations of the Company and the Selling Shareholders Stockholders under this Section shall be in addition to any liability which the Company and or the Selling Shareholders Stockholders may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each person, if any, who controls any Underwriter within the meaning of the Act or the Exchange Act; and the obligations of the Underwriters under this Section shall be in addition to any liability which the respective Underwriters may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each director of the Company, to each officer of the Company who has signed a Registration Statement and to each person, if any, who controls the Company within the meaning of the Act or the Exchange Act.

Control Persons. The obligations of the Company and the Selling Shareholders Stockholder under this Section shall be in addition to any liability which the Company and or the Selling Shareholders Stockholder may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each person, if any, who controls any Underwriter within the meaning of the Act or the Exchange Act; and the obligations of the Underwriters under this Section shall be in addition to any liability which the respective Underwriters may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each director of the Company, to each officer of the Company who has signed a Registration Statement and to each person, if any, who controls the Company within the meaning of the Act or the Exchange Act.

The obligations of the Company and the Selling Shareholders under this Section 6 shall be in addition to any liability which the Company and the respective Selling Shareholders may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each person, if any, who controls any Underwriter or within the meaning of the Act; Act and the obligations of the Underwriters Underwriter under this Section 6 shall be in addition to any liability which the respective Underwriters Underwriter may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each officer and director of the Company, to each officer of the Company who has signed a Registration Statement and to each person, if any, who controls the Company or any Selling Shareholder within the meaning of the Act.

The obligations of the Company and the Selling Shareholders under this Section 6 shall be in addition to any liability which the Company and the respective Selling Shareholders may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each person, if any, who controls any Underwriter or within the meaning of the Act; Act and the obligations of the Underwriters under this Section 6 shall be in addition to any liability which the respective Underwriters may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each officer and director of the Company, to each officer of the Company who has signed a Registration Statement and to each person, if any, who controls the Company or any Selling Shareholder within the meaning of the Act.

Control Persons. The obligations of the Company Company, the Controlling Person and the Selling Shareholders under this Section or Section 10 shall be in addition to any liability which the Company Company, the Controlling Person and the Selling Shareholders may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each person, if any, who controls any Underwriter or the QIU (as hereinafter defined) within the meaning of the Act; and the obligations of the Underwriters under this Section shall be in addition to any liability which the respective Underwriters may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each director of the Company, to each officer of the Company who has signed a Registration Statement and to each person, if any, who controls the Company within the meaning of the Act.

The obligations of the Company Company, the Controlling Person and the Selling Shareholders under this Section shall be in addition to any liability which the Company Company, the Controlling Person and the Selling Shareholders may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each person, if any, who controls any Underwriter within the meaning of the Act; and the obligations of the Underwriters under this Section shall be in addition to any liability which the respective Underwriters may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each director of the Company, to each officer of the Company who has signed a Registration Statement and to each person, if any, who controls the Company within the meaning of the Act.

The obligations of the Company and the Selling Shareholders under this Section or Section 10 shall be in addition to any liability which the Company and the Selling Shareholders may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each person, if any, who controls any Underwriter Underwriter, or the QIU (as hereafter defined) within the meaning of the Act; and the obligations of the Underwriters under this Section shall be in addition to any liability which the respective Underwriters may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each director of the Company, to each officer of the Company who has signed a Registration Statement and to each person, if any, who controls the Company within the meaning of the Act.
