Controlled Substance Abuse. TLO maintains a drug and alcohol free workplace. Any person who is found in violation of Section a or who refuses to permit an inspection per Section b may be removed and barred from the Terminal, at TLO’s sole discretion. Contractor agrees to the following: 1. Contractor and its Agents shall not use, possess, sell, transfer, purchase or have in their system a controlled substance on any of TLO’s property at the Terminal. 2. Entry into the Terminal constitutes consent to an inspection of the person and personal effects, as well as any mode of transportation of Contractor and its Agents. 3. Contractor will have a drug and alcohol free workplace policy in effect.
