Common use of Controller Concept Clause in Contracts

Controller Concept. Since 1983, through ongoing discussion between the Company and the Union, a new work system was phased in at the Maitland Site known as “The Controller Concept”. The Concept is designed to change the work culture toward a more creative, more effective working environment by giving each employee an expanded role and responsibility in a supportive environment where respect for each other, team spirit, training and doing our work in a better way is encouraged. The Company and Union will encourage open, honest expression of views by all members of the organization, such that with ongoing dialogue between the parties, positive evolution and development occurs.
