Conversation Time. For purposes of billing compensation for the interchange of Local Traffic, billed minutes will be based upon conversation time. Conversation time will be determined from actual usage recordings. Conversation time begins when the terminating Party's network receives answer supervision and ends when the terminating Party's network receives disconnect supervision.
