Common use of CONVERSION POLICY Clause in Contracts

CONVERSION POLICY. The Housing Contract may be converted from an Academic contract term to an Annual contract term if space allows. This conversion process takes place from March 7, 2021 – April 7, 2021. There is a conversion fee of $200.00 to convert the housing contract from an Academic to an Annual contract term. The contract may not be converted from an Annual to an Academic contract term. Students wishing to convert their contracts may need to be reassigned for summer housing.
