Conveyance of Property Rights. When the Improvements are completed, if the City does not own the real property upon, or in which, the public Improvements are constructed, the Subdivider will convey to the City all real and personal property rights which the City deems reasonably necessary, and all public Improvements, free and clear of all claims, encumbrances and liens before the City will accept the public Improvements. Conveyance may be made by appropriate dedication on the final plat of the Subdivision.

Conveyance of Property Rights. When the sidewalks have been constructed, if the City does not own the real property upon which the sidewalks are constructed, the Subdivider shall convey to the City the real property rights required by the City together with the improvements, free and clear of all claims, encumbrances and liens, before the City will release the Financial Guaranty and Sidewalk Deferral Agreement.
