Common use of Convicted Vendor List Clause in Contracts

Convicted Vendor List. Construction Manager warrants that it is not on the convicted vendor list for a public entity crime committed within the past thirty-six (36) months. Construction Manager further warrants that it will neither utilize the services of, not contract with, any supplier, subcontractor, or consultant for an amount in excess of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) in connection with this Project if the supplier, subcontractor or consultant has been placed on the convicted vendor list within the past thirty-six (36) months. Construction Manager must notify Owner within thirty (30) days after a conviction of a public entity crime applicable to Construction Manager or to an affiliate of Construction Manager.
