Common use of Convicted Vendors Clause in Contracts

Convicted Vendors. Contractor shall disclose to DEO if it, or any of its affiliates, as defined in section 287.133(1)(a) of the Florida Statutes, is on the convicted vendor list. A person or affiliate placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime is prohibited from doing any of the activities listed in Section I.F.1.e. above for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
