Convicted Vendors. In accordance with Sections 287.133 and 287.134, F.S., the Contractor may not be an entity or affiliate who is on the Convicted Vendor List or the Discriminatory Vendor List and may not perform work as a contractor, supplier, sub-contractor, or consultant with any Coalition.
