Common use of Cooperation and Coordination Clause in Contracts

Cooperation and Coordination. Both the Utility and the Interconnection Customer shall communicate and coordinate their operations, so that the normal operation of the Utility does not unduly effect or interfere with the normal operation of the Generating Facility and the Generating Facility does not unduly effect or interfere with the normal operation of the Utility. Under abnormal operations of either the Generating Facility or the Utility system, the responsible Party shall provide timely communication to the other Party to allow mitigation of any potentially negative effects of the abnormal operation of their system.
