Cooperation and Coordination. In the Special Regime Area, each Party shall, as appropriate, cooperate and coordinate with, and assist, the other Party, including in relation to: (a) search and rescue operations with respect to Special Regime Installations; and (b) surveillance activities with respect to Special Regime Installations.
