Cooperation and Financial Responsibility. 4.1.1. Contractor shall, at Contractor’s expense, cooperate fully with DHHS in investigating, mitigating to the extent practicable, and issuing notifications as directed by DHHS, for any Breach of Confidential Information. 4.1.2. Contractor shall make Confidential Information in Contractor’s possession available pursuant to the requirements of HIPAA or other applicable law upon a determination of a Breach.
