Common use of Cooperation and Harmony on Site Clause in Contracts

Cooperation and Harmony on Site. 10.1.1 This Agreement is intended to establish and xxxxxx continued close cooperation between the City, Contractors, and Unions. The Trades Council shall assign a representative to this Agreement for the purpose of assisting the local Unions, and working with the CWA Administrator, together with the Contractors, to complete the Project Work efficiently, continuously and without any interruption, delays or work stoppages.
