Cooperation and Individuals' Rights and Requests. (a) Member shall provide all reasonable and timely assistance to enable PAEA to respond to: (i) any request from a Student to exercise any of their rights related to their Personal Data under applicable international and United States federal and state data protection and privacy laws; and (ii) any other correspondence received from a government agency or regulator in connection with the processing of the Personal Data. If any such communication is made by an individual directly to Member, Member shall promptly inform XXXX providing full details of the same.

  • Intellectual Property Rights and Indemnification Any intellectual property which originates from or is developed by a Party shall remain in the exclusive ownership of that Party. No license in patent, copyright, trademark or trade secret, or other proprietary or intellectual property right now or hereafter owned, controlled or licensable to a Party, is granted to the other Party or shall be implied or arise by estoppel. It is the responsibility of each Party to ensure at its own cost that it has obtained any necessary licenses in relation to intellectual property of third Parties used by it to receive any service or to perform its respective obligations under this Agreement.

  • Employment of Consultants Part A: General Consultants’ services shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of the Introduction and Section IV of the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers” published by the Bank in January 1997 and revised in September 1997 and January 1999 (the Consultant Guidelines) and the following provisions of Section II of this Schedule.   • Employees on Long Term Supply Assignments Employees completing long term supply assignments may only access sick leave and short term disability leave in the fiscal year in which the allocation was provided. Any remaining allocation may be used in subsequent long term supply assignments, provided these occur within the same fiscal year. Employees employed in a Long Term Supply Assignment which is less than the ordinary period of employment for the position shall have their sick leave and short term disability allocations pro-rated accordingly. Where the length of the long term supply assignment is not known in advance, a projected length must be determined at the start of the assignment in order for the appropriate allocation of sick leave/short term disability leave to occur. If a change is made to the length of the assignment, an adjustment will be made to the allocation and applied retroactively.

  • UNION RIGHTS AND ACTIVITIES 6.01 The Union shall notify the Employer annually, in writing, of the names of its Shop Stewards and committee persons and of any changes as they occur.

  • Employee Access to Personnel File An employee shall have the right to read and review his/her personnel file on reasonable notice and by written request to the Human Resources Manager. An employee may request and shall receive a copy of any record or document contained in the employee’s personnel file.

  • EMPLOYEE RIGHTS AND PROTECTION A. Nothing contained within this Agreement shall be construed to deny or restrict to any employee rights he/she may have under the Michigan School Laws or the applicable laws and regulations. The rights granted to employees hereunder shall be deemed to be in addition to those provided elsewhere.

  • EMPLOYEE RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. In addition to others identified herein, employees affected by these procedures shall have the following rights:

  • Conduct of Employees and Invitees Company will, within reason, control the conduct, demeanor and appearance of its employees, invitees, and of those doing business with Company and, upon objection from Authority concerning the conduct, demeanor or appearance of any such persons, will immediately take all reasonable steps necessary to remove the cause of objection.
