Common use of Cooperation between Sponsor and School Clause in Contracts

Cooperation between Sponsor and School. The School agrees that transportation shall not be a barrier to equal access for any student residing within a reasonable distance of the School as determined by the School’s transportation plan. The School may contract with the Sponsor for student transportation services or with a private provider of transportation services or with parents as provided in Section 1002.33(20)(c), Florida Statutes. If the School contracts with a Sponsor-approved private transportation firm, the School will provide the Sponsor the name of such firm as part of the School’s final transportation plan.
