Common use of Cooperation by County Clause in Contracts

Cooperation by County. County acknowledges that the timing of the completion of the Approved Working Drawings and the Work is of the utmost importance to Lessor. Accordingly, County hereby agrees to fully and diligently cooperate with all reasonable requests by Lessor in connection with or related to the design and construction of the Work, and in connection therewith, shall respond to Lessor’s requests for information and/or approvals, except as specifically set forth herein to the contrary, within ten (10) business days following request by Lessor.

Accordingly, County hereby agrees to fully and diligently cooperate with all reasonable requests by Lessor in connection with or related to the design and construction of the Premises Work, and in connection therewith, shall respond to Lessor’s requests for information and/or approvals, except as specifically set forth herein to the contrary, within ten seven (107) business days following request by Lessor.
