Common use of Cooperation by the Parties Clause in Contracts

Cooperation by the Parties. 2.1 The Parties and their counsel agree to cooperate fully with each other and the Settlement Administrator to promptly execute all documents and take all steps necessary to effectuate the terms and conditions of this Settlement Agreement. The Parties and their counsel further agree to support the final approval of the Settlement Agreement, including against any objection thereto and any appeal of the Judgment.
