Cooperation by the Parties. Owner and Contractor shall fully cooperate with each other in connection with the collection of any insurance monies that are due in the event of a loss. Owner and Contractor shall promptly execute and deliver such proofs of loss and other instruments which may be required for the purpose of obtaining recovery of any such insurance monies.
