Common use of Cooperation of Board and Administration Clause in Contracts

Cooperation of Board and Administration. 6.1 The Board, the Administration, and the Association will work cooperatively in investigating a grievance and will make available to each other such information deemed necessary to process the grievance as long as providing said information does not compromise the rights of any individual or organization.
