Common use of Cooperation on Fraud Minimization Clause in Contracts

Cooperation on Fraud Minimization. Each Party assumes responsibility for fraud associated with its end user customers and accounts. Neither Party shall have responsibility for, nor is it required to investigate or make adjustments to the other Party’s account in cases of fraud. The Parties agree that they shall cooperate with one another to resolve cases of fraud.
