Cooperation on Innovative Practices. Salaries, benefits, student achievement, quality of service, and quality of life in our schools are related to both financial support and the reform of conditions which hinder efficiency and progress. Designated representatives of the district and association shall work together to establish higher financial support for education and to examine innovative practices. These innovative practices may be implemented provided they are in accordance with the Written Agreement or approved by both parties at the negotiation table.
