Common use of Cooperation Term Clause in Contracts

Cooperation Term. The Cooperation Term of the parties shall be one year from June 1, 2012 to May 31, 2013. One month prior to the expiry of the Cooperation Term, the parties may further negotiate the cooperation forms, if fails, this Agreement will be terminated upon expiry.

One month prior to the expiry of the Cooperation Term, the parties may further negotiate the cooperation forms, if fails, this Agreement will be terminated upon expiry.
