Cooperation Term. The Cooperation Term of the parties shall be one year from June 1, 2012 to May 31, 2013. One month prior to the expiry of the Cooperation Term, the parties may further negotiate the cooperation forms, if fails, this Agreement will be terminated upon expiry.
Cooperation Term. 1. The term of this contract is from July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. Party A and Party B will negotiate and confirm cooperation matters separately.
Cooperation Term. (1) Party A, Party B confirm that the cooperation period shall be one year since the date when this agreement comes into effect.
(2) After the agreement expires, without the mutual written confirmation of Party A, Party B and Party C to continue the cooperation, this agreement shall be automatically invalidated. If further cooperation shall be entered into, Party A, Party B and Party C shall sign written agreement separately.
(3) The cancelation and termination of this agreement shall not influence the validity of the specific business contract already confirmed by the three parties under this agreement.
Cooperation Term. The cooperation term starts from the effective day of this agreement. The period of validity is 1 year.
Cooperation Term. 3 years after this agreement comes into force. Terms can be renewed every year subject to implementation circumstances.
Cooperation Term. The Cooperation Term of the parties shall be two years from May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2015. One month prior to the expiry of the Cooperation Term, the parties may further negotiate the cooperation forms, if fails, this Agreement will be terminated upon expiry.
3.1.1 This Agreement is effective on the day of May 1, 2013 and the effective term is the same as the Cooperation Term. The contracts of which the Parry A contract No. are KIS-Y-BJ120195 and KIS-Y-BJ120196 (Party B contract No. are 151215UD0118, 151215UD0119) are terminated on April 30, 2013.
Cooperation Term. The cooperation term between Party A and Party B is five years and shall be effective as of the date of signing of this contract.
Cooperation Term. 3.1 The cooperation term shall be valid from August 18th, 2008 to January 31th, 2012 with the period from August 1st, 2008 to February 28th, 2009 as the adaptation period. During the adaptation period, besides signing this Contract with Party B to make certain the cooperation framework, Party A shall appoint its subordinates (e.g. Xiamen Yisheng Fruits and Vegetables Operation Department, etc) to sign Cooperation Agreement on Contracted Partial Sales Volume with Party B. Both parties shall have the right to sign Sales Agency Agreement with explicit terms of the responsibilities, rights and interests related to the sales without violating the principles under this Contract.
3.2 Both Party A and Party B look forward to a long-term cooperation. Therefore, both parties shall carry out further negotiation on the extension of this Contract one month prior to the expiration of the cooperation term.
Cooperation Term. The term of this Agreement is three years. It will take effect from the date of signature by the representatives from
Cooperation Term. (I) The cooperation term is set as three years temporarily, and the contract shall be signed once a year. The lease term of this contract is one year, from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010. The contract covers the validity period of one year, and it shall be continued through the negotiation of the two parties after one year, and the rent shall be increased by 5% annually.
(II) The Lessor has right to take back the workshop after the lease term expires, and the Lessee shall return The Property in time and move out of workshop in advance of two weeks; if the Lessee needs to extend the lease term, it shall propose within two months in advance of the expiry date, and the two parties shall resign the contract about the lease matters after approved by the Lessor. The Lessee has the priority to lease The Property under the same conditions.
