Common use of Cooperation With Subtenant Clause in Contracts

Cooperation With Subtenant. Sublandlord agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with Subtenant in (1) obtaining for Subtenant Master Landlord's consent to any action for which the Master Lease requires Master Landlord's consent, and (2) delivering any notice to Master Landlord as required by any provision of the Master Lease, including, without limitation, forwarding (as soon as practicable after Sublandlord's receipt) any request made by Subtenant to Master Landlord for consent or approval, and providing Master Landlord with all information required (or that Master Landlord may reasonably request) regarding any such request. The fact that Master Landlord has consented to an action of Subtenant shall not in any way limit or restrict any right of Sublandlord to withhold Sublandlord's consent to such action. Sublandlord shall have no liability to Subtenant by reason of Master Landlord's refusal to consent to any action of Subtenant.
