Common use of Cooperative Agreement Funding Clause in Contracts

Cooperative Agreement Funding. This Cooperative Agreement is incrementally funded in the amount of $17,086,715. Of this amount, $13,724,629 is for the Base Period and $3,362,086 is for the Option 1 Period. The Government’s obligation to make payments to the Recipient is limited to only those funds obligated by this Cooperative Agreement or by modification to this Cooperative Agreement.
