Coordinated Repair Calls. Level 3 and BA will employ the following procedures for handling misdirected repair calls:
18.2.1 Level 3 and BA will educate their respective Customers as to the correct telephone numbers to call in order to access their respective repair bureaus.
18.2.2 To the extent Party A is identifiable as the correct provider of service to Customers that make misdirected repair calls to Party B, Party B will immediately refer the Customers to the telephone number provided by Party A, or to an information source that can provide the telephone number of Party A, in a courteous manner and at no charge. In responding to misdirected repair calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about the other Party, its services, rates, or service quality.
18.2.3 Xxxxx 0 and BA will provide their respective repair contact numbers to one another on a reciprocal basis.
Coordinated Repair Calls. GNAPS and BA will employ the following procedures for handling misdirected repair calls:
18.2.1 GNAPS and BA will educate their respective Customers as to the correct telephone numbers to call in order to access their respective repair bureaus.
18.2.2 To the extent Party A is identifiable as the correct provider of service to Customers that make misdirected repair calls to Party B, Party B will immediately refer the Customers to the telephone number provided by Party A, or to an information source that can provide the telephone number of Party A, in a courteous manner and at no charge.
18.2.3 GNAPS and BA will provide their respective repair contact numbers to one another on a reciprocal basis.

18.2.1 Covad and BA will educate their respective Customers as to the correct telephone numbers to call in order to access their respective repair bureaus.
18.2.2 To the extent Party A is identifiable as the correct provider of service to Customers that make misdirected repair calls to Party B, Party B will immediately refer the Customers to the telephone number provided by Party A, or to an information source that can provide the telephone number of Party A, in a courteous manner and at no charge. In responding to misdirected repair calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about the other Party, its services, rates, or service quality.

18.2.2 To the extent Party A is identifiable as the correct provider of service to Customers that make misdirected repair calls to Party B, Party B will immediately refer the Customers to the telephone number provided by Party A, or to an information source that can provide the telephone number of Party A, in a courteous manner and at no charge. In responding to misdirected repair calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about the other Party, its services, rates, or service quality.

Coordinated Repair Calls. The Parties will employ the following procedures for handling misdirected repair calls:
2.1 The Parties will educate their respective customers as to the correct telephone numbers to call to access their respective repair or customer care centers.
2.2 To the extent that the correct provider of service to the customer is identifiable, the Parties will refer customers that make misdirected repair calls to the other Party to the telephone number provided by the provider of service to that customer. Such referrals will be made in a courteous manner and at no charge to the other Party. Communications with end users of the other Party during such misdirected calls other than referral to the correct number are prohibited.
2.3 The Parties will provide their respective repair/customer care contact numbers to one another on a reciprocal basis.
Coordinated Repair Calls. SPRINT and VERIZON will employ the following procedures for handling misdirected repair calls:
22.2.1 SPRINT and VERIZON will educate their respective Customers as to the correct telephone numbers to call in order to access their respective repair bureaus.
22.2.2 To the extent Party A is identifiable as the correct provider of service to Customers that make misdirected repair calls to Party B, Party B will immediately refer the Customers to the telephone number provided by Party A, or to an information source that can provide the telephone number of Party A, in a courteous manner and at no charge. In responding to misdirected repair calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about the other Party, its services, rates, or service quality.
22.2.3 SPRINT and VERIZON will provide their respective repair contact numbers to one another on a reciprocal basis.

Coordinated Repair Calls. 18.1 ACI and USWC will employ the following procedures for handling misdirected repair calls;
18.1.1 ACI and USWC will provide their respective end users with the correct telephone numbers to call for access to their respective repair bureaus.
18.1.2 End users of ACI shall be instructed to report all cases of trouble to ACI. End users of USWC shall be instructed to report all cases of trouble to USWC.
18.1.3 To the extent the correct provider can be determined, misdirected repair calls will be referred to the proper provider of Basic Exchange Telecommunications Service.
18.1.4 ACI and USWC will provide their respective repair contact numbers to one another on a reciprocal basis.
18.1.5 In responding to repair calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about each other, nor shall they use these repair calls as the basis for internal referrals or to solicit end users to market services. Either Party may respond with accurate information in answering end user questions.
Coordinated Repair Calls. BTI and BellSouth will employ the following procedures for handling misdirected repair calls:
E.1 BTI and BellSouth will educate their respective customers as to the correct telephone numbers to call in order to access their respective repair bureaus.
E.2 To the extent the correct provider can be determined, misdirected repair calls will be referred to the proper provider of local exchange service in a courteous manner, at no charge, and the end user will be provided the correct contact telephone number. In responding to repair calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about each other, nor shall they use these repair calls as the basis for internal referrals or to solicit customers to market services. Either Party shall respond with accurate information in answering customer questions.
E.3 BTI and BellSouth shall provide their respective repair contact numbers to one another on a reciprocal basis.
Coordinated Repair Calls. Compass and BA will employ the following procedures for handling misdirected repair calls:
18.2.1 Compass and BA will educate their respective Customers as to the correct telephone numbers to call in order to access their respective repair bureaus.
18.2.2 To the extent Party A is identifiable as the correct provider of service to Customers that make misdirected repair calls to Party B, Party B will immediately refer the Customers to the telephone number provided by Party A, or to an information source that can provide the telephone number of Party A, in a courteous manner and at no charge. In responding to misdirected repair calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about the other Party, its services, rates, or service quality.
18.2.3 Compass and BA will provide their respective repair contact numbers to one another on a reciprocal basis.
