Common use of Coordination and Consultation Clause in Contracts

Coordination and Consultation. The Parties will coordinate the performance of their respective activities hereunder and will establish such procedures as they shall mutually agree to be effective for achieving the purposes of this Agreement and allowing each of them to perform its obligations and exercise its rights under this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, K12’s legal counsel and the School’s legal counsel will consult from time to time with respect to the requirements of Applicable Law, the Charter, and the School’s and the Charter Authorizer’s policies as they relate to the Program’s operations.
