Coordination of Interconnection Requests. To ensure that all Interconnection requests are processed in a non-discriminatory manner, the Participating TO shall develop, periodically review, and revise procedures for coordinating Interconnection requests consistent with Section 5.2 of the TO Tariff. Such procedures will specify: (1) the timing for processing requests of differing complexity; and (2) the sequencing of coordinating activities with the ISO. In addition, the Participating TO shall coordinate the operational aspects of such Interconnection with the ISO.
