Coordination with Buyer. (A) Seller shall (I) provide to Buyer copies of all material correspondence related thereto; and (II) provide Buyer with written reports of the status of the GIA on a monthly basis. The foregoing shall not preclude Seller from executing a GIA that it reasonably determines allows it to comply with its obligations under this Agreement and applicable Law.

Coordination with Buyer. (A) Seller shall (I) provide to Buyer copies of all material correspondence related to the GIA and CAISO Exemption; ; (II) provide Buyer with written reports of the status of the GIA on a monthly basis prior to the Delivery Term; and (III) obtain consent from Buyer before making any material amendment to the GIA or CAISO Exemption. The foregoing shall not preclude Seller from executing a GIA or obtaining a CAISO Exemption that it reasonably determines allows it to comply with its obligations under this Agreement and applicable Law

The foregoing shall not preclude Seller from executing an LGIA that it reasonably determines allows it to comply with its obligations under this Agreement and applicable Law.

Related to Coordination with Buyer

  • Engineer's Coordination with Owner Engineer shall be available for conferences with City so that Project can be designed with the full benefit of City's experience and knowledge of existing needs and facilities and be consistent with current policies and construction standards. City shall make available to Engineer all existing plans, maps, field notes, and other data in its possession relative to the Project. Engineer may show justification to City for changes in design from City standards due to the judgment of said Engineer of a cost savings to City and/or due to the surrounding topographic conditions. City shall make the final decision as to any changes after appropriate request by Engineer.

  • COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.

Stat., to cooperate with Florida Housing’s Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that any contracts issued under this Agreement impose this requirement, in writing, on its subcontractors.

  • Notice and Cooperation Each Party shall provide to the other Party prompt written notice of any actual or threatened infringement of the Product Trademarks in the Territory and of any actual or threatened claim that the use of the Product Trademarks in the Territory violates the rights of any Third Party.
