The enrollment and termination of participation under the Flexible Benefits Plan overall shall constitute enrollment and termination of participation under this Healthcare Flexible Spending Account Program. In addition, other matters concerning contributions, elections, and the like shall be governed by the general provisions of the Flexible Benefits Plan overall.
