Coordination with Other Tribes. In the event that ODFW enters, or has entered, into a comparable cooperative management agreement with another tribe regarding the taking of fish and wildlife within all or part of the geographic scope of this Agreement, and such agreement includes obligations substantially identical to this Section 3(h), Grand Ronde will meet annually with that tribe to discuss issues of mutual concern, including harvest areas, limits, and cooperative management of natural resources.

Coordination with Other Tribes. In the event that ODFW enters into a comparable Hunting, Fishing, Trapping and Gathering Agreement with another Oregon based tribe regarding the taking of fish and wildlife or cooperative management of wildlife resources within all or part of the geographic scope of this Agreement or within the geographic area in an amendment to this Agreement, and such agreement includes obligations substantially identical to this subsection 5(j), the Siletz Tribe will meet annually with such other tribe to discuss issues of mutual concern within such geographic area, including planned harvest areas and limits and proposed cooperative management of natural resources.

  • COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.

  • Engineer's Coordination with Owner Engineer shall be available for conferences with City so that Project can be designed with the full benefit of City's experience and knowledge of existing needs and facilities and be consistent with current policies and construction standards. City shall make available to Engineer all existing plans, maps, field notes, and other data in its possession relative to the Project.   • Interaction with Other Leaves Paid parental leave will run concurrently with any unpaid leave(s) that parents may be entitled to under other provisions of this Agreement or provided by law.
