COPE Contribution. During the term of this agreement the Employer shall also deduct voluntary COPE contributions from the pay of each employee who voluntarily executes a wage assignment form authorizing the deduction of such contribution. The Union with provide a monthly report of any changes to fixed COPE amounts.
