Common use of Copier services Clause in Contracts

Copier services. Developer shall provide and maintain two multifunction devices/copiers 43 for the ADOT office space in the collocated office and one each for each field office. The 44 multifunction devices/copiers must comply with or exceed the following: a monthly duty 45 cycle of 150,000; print/copy speed, full color – 45 ppm, monochrome – 45 ppm (letter, 46 portrait); print copy resolution – 1,800 dpi equivalent by 600 dpi; scan speed (letter) – full 47 color 78 operations per minute (opm) at 300 dpi, 55 opm at 600 dpi, and monochrome 1 78 opm at 300 dpi, 65 opm at 600 dpi; scan resolution – 200 dpi, 300 dpi, 400 dpi, and 2 600 dpi; scan file formats – TIFF, PDF, compact PDF, JPEG, XPS, compact XPS;
