Copies and Ownership of Contract Documents. A. The Contractor will be provided with either electronic or hard copies of any Drawings, Specifications, or other documents referenced in a Purchase Order. B. All Drawings, Specifications, or similar technical data provided to the Contractor by the Owner are the property of the Owner, and the Contractor may not use such information for any purpose not relating to performance of the Work.
