Site Surveys. The A/E shall be required to provide or obtain surveys essential to the design and construction of the project as a basic service. A/E is responsible for obtaining its own benchmarks, location of utilities and topography information for establishing building and site improvements locations.
Site Surveys. 8.1 Where we have carried out a Site Survey we will provide you with a written report detailing the results of the Site Survey and any remediation work that is required to be undertaken prior to the installation of the Service. Failure to carry out any such work may delay the Commencement Date and/or mean that we are unable to provide the Services to you.
8.2 If the Site Survey reveals that remediation work is required you shall be entitled to cancel this Agreement in respect of Services for that site (but not for any other sites to which we provide Services) by giving us written notice within 14 days from the date we inform you of the Site Survey results. Where you decide to cancel this Agreement and the cost of the remediation work is estimated as less than £500 (excluding VAT) we shall be entitled to charge you £500 (plus VAT) for carrying out the Site Survey of that site.
8.3 We shall carry out a Suitability Test to assess the quality of the broadband provided from the local BT exchange. If the Suitability Test results indicate that the quality of the access is insufficient for the Services to be provided to a reasonable standard we will notify you of this, in which event this Agreement shall automatically terminate in respect of the site (but not for any other sites to which we provide Services). Alternatively you may have the option to upgrade to Ethernet for additional Charges to be agreed between the parties.
8.4 Following completion of the Site Survey and Suitability Test, we shall give you an estimate of the maximum number of concurrent connections supported by the Service which will be determined by a number of factors including broadband speed and the proximity of the site to the local exchange. If this estimate is less than 80% of our initial estimate of the same provided to you at the time of the Order Form then you shall be entitled to cancel this Agreement in respect of Services for that site (but not for any other sites to which we provide Services) by giving us written notice within 14 days from the date we inform you of the Site Survey results.
8.5 We may in our absolute discretion reject any notice to cancel under Sections 8.2 or 8.4 which is served after the 14 day notice period or allow you to cancel subject to a cancellation fee of £500 or 10% of the mobile and fixed line rental Charges for the Minimum Term, whichever is higher.
Site Surveys. The Owner shall make available to the CMR such information as the Owner has in its possession describing the physical characteristics, legal limitations and utility locations for the Project Site; provided, however, that the provisions of such information shall not relieve the CMR from its obligation to inspect for itself and determine the site conditions. The Owner makes no representations whatsoever concerning the quality or contents of any information so provided and the CMR relies on such information solely at its own risk. The CMR shall confirm locations of existing utilities by performing test pits, or using other means and methods as outlined by the Commonwealth of Virginia Miss Utility laws, at the CMR’s sole expense and no increase to the Contract Sum. Any discrepancies found with locations of existing utilities will be brought to the attention of the Owner and coordinated around the new Work in its design intent at the CMR’s sole expense and no increase to the Contract Sum. All discrepancies will be noted on the As-Builts and documented at the CMR’s sole expense and no increase to the Contract Sum.

Site Surveys. Detailed Site Surveys (the "Detailed Site Surveys") shall be conducted by ART's Field Services Department, ART's subcontractors, or, if mutually agreed, Purchaser. The primary purpose of the Detailed Site Survey is to obtain engineering information to validate the feasibility of using 38 GHz millimetric wave circuits and the suitability of the Site and to identify in advance the optimal installation methods to be used and the obstruction obstacles to be overcome.
Site Surveys. Chelan PUD shall survey the APE for cultural resources every 15 years of the New License, or when the RRCF determines that new surveys are needed after high-flow or during unusually low water events, in accordance with Section 5.1 of Chapter 8 of the Comprehensive Plan. Chelan PUD shall ensure that field methods used in such inventories are comparable with those used in the baseline study, as described in Section 4.2 of Chapter 8 of the Comprehensive Plan.

Site Surveys. Site surveys will be performed by Supplier personnel to gather information regarding all physical aspects of the work site for the Vendor's switching equipment. This includes the existing configuration of equip Project Management and facilities to recommend, the most practical and economically available access in and around the physical site/plant, equipment installation, cabling, etc and the verification of space requirements for scope specified equipment. From data gathered information during the site survey the Project Engineer shall recommends, installation instructions, and installation specifications. Supplier shall submit detail report of site survey, which will include its standard physical survey forms which shall be filled out by the Supplier's Project Engineers to document this service. This Report will include the following information: - Geodetic to include: Site coordinates, land elevation, building elevation. - Site photographs (rooftops, towers, buildings, etc - Site survey drawings. - Site information containing the site address, owner/agent contact information, a description of the site, etc. - Site configuration drawings showing proposed equipment, and cable routing locations. - Listing of ancillary equipment required (e.g. mounts, etc.). - DC interconnection. - Cable diagrams between Switch and DDF. - Cable diagrams between existing equipment and Vendor equipment Management - Detail listing any potential extraordinary installation requirements. - Civil works or modifications required at existing facilities Civil works - Recommendations
Site Surveys. 4.1 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the provision of the Supplies and/ or the Charges may be subject to satisfactory survey of the locations at the Site(s) at which the Supplies are to be provided or installed (as applicable for the type of Supplies) (a "Site Survey"). The Customer shall provide all reasonable access and assistance in connection with any such Site Survey.
4.2 If in VCG’s reasonable opinion, after carrying out a Site Survey, any Site(s) or locations are unsatisfactory and/or not fit for purpose and/ or unsuitable for the Supplies, VCG shall have the right to terminate the Contract without liability to the Customer and the Customer shall reimburse VCG for all costs and expenses reasonably incurred by VCG up to the date of termination of the relevant Contract in accordance with clause 4.4.
4.3 Based on the results of a Site Survey, VCG may also revise the Expected Commencement Date and/or any stated timelines for delivery of the Supplies and/ or the Charges for the Supplies. In particular, VCG reserves the right to charge additional Charges or increase the Charges for Supplies (or the installation of Supplies) where it considers, acting reasonably, that it will incur construction and/or installation costs and expenses in excess of the amount stated in the Proposal having conducted the Site Survey. If the Customer does not accept the revised Expected Commencement Date, timelines and/ or Charges proposed by VCG, the Customer shall have the right to terminate the Contract on written notice to VCG and the Customer shall reimburse VCG for all costs and expenses reasonably incurred by VCG up to the date of termination of the relevant Contract in accordance with clause 4.4.
