Copies and Ownership of Contract Documents. A. Original Drawings and Specifications are the property of the Owner, and the CMR may not use the Drawings and Specifications produced pursuant to this Agreement for any purpose not relating to the Project without the Owner's consent. B. The Owner’s Representative will make available to the CMR versions of the Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda in electronic format (i.e. PDF file formats). C. The CMR shall not transfer or reuse Drawings and Specifications in electronic or machine- readable form without prior written consent of the Owner’s Representative.
