If Engineer is required to prepare or furnish Drawings or Specifications under a specific Task Order, Engineer shall deliver to Owner at least one complete electronic copy of such Drawings and Specifications, signed and sealed according to applicable Laws and Regulations, and one complete printed copy, duly signed and sealed.
