Audit and the National Audit Office E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority, and all payments made by the Authority. The Contractor shall on request afford the Authority or the Authority’s representatives such access to those records as may be requested by the Authority in connection with the Contract.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CERTIFICATION The undersigned Chief Executive Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Recipient, as both are designated in Appendix B of the Agreement, hereby request the Director to disburse financial assistance moneys made available to Project in Appendix C of the Agreement (inclusive of any amendment thereto) to the payee as identified below in the amount so indicated which amount equals the product of the Disbursement Ratio and the dollar value of the attached cost documentation which was properly billed to the Recipient in exclusive connection with the performance of the Project. DEPARTMENT'S REPRESENTATIVE The Contract Administrator shall be the Department's representative during the period of this Contract. He/she has authority to curtail services if necessary to ensure proper execution. He/she shall certify to the Department when payments under the Contract are due and the amounts to be paid. He/she shall make decisions on all claims of the Provider, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department.
