The District shall grant a staff member up to twenty (20) days of 42 release time per school year for the purpose of serving as an elected or appointed 1 officer of the National Education Association. This release time shall be in addition 2 to Member's Release (Section 2.7, Paragraph B).
National Office. Management agrees to provide the NCFLL with the use of a lockable file cabinet in the National Office, conveniently located, for the use of the National NCFLL Executive Committee Officials, plus one in each National NCFLL Official's field office.
National Office. Each National Office is a corporate body appointed to represent FICMI in its country. It operates under the laws of its respective country and its constitution, bylaws, policies and procedures developed by its national board. It will normally meet the following criteria though variations may be permitted on a case-by-case basis by application in writing to the International Executive Director who will respond in writing with a decision:
National Office. If a pilot is elected to a National office of the Association, he shall be granted a leave of absence without pay to carry out the duties of that office. The leave shall not exceed the term(s) of office. The Company shall be notified at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the commencement of and return date from such a leave.
