Common use of Copies of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Copies of this Agreement. 33:01 The University shall provide one (1) written copy of this Agreement to each member for which the University shall bear the cost of production, reproduction and distribution. 33:02 When a candidate is selected for an interview, the University shall inform him/her that there is a Collective Agreement in place at the University of Windsor, that this Agreement is published on the University website, and shall inform the candidate in writing that the Faculty Association may be contacted for information.
