Overpayment of Vacation. Where Full-time Registered Nurses have taken their vacation, and as a result of subsequent termination, leave of absence, or any other reason have received more vacation pay than they are properly entitled to under the terms of this Agreement, the Employer shall deduct such overpayment from the Nurses' pay cheques.

Overpayment of Vacation. Where employees have taken their vacation, and as a result of subsequent termination, leave of absence, or any other reason have received more vacation pay than they are properly entitled to under the terms of this Agreement, the Employer shall deduct such overpayment from the employee’s pay cheques or vacation cheques.

  • Overpayment of Wages (a) Where the employee has been overpaid all or part of their pay on any occasion they, or the employer, should raise the error immediately.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Vacation leave may be accumulated to any amount provided that once during each fiscal year, each supervisor's accumulation must be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours or less. If this is not accomplished on or before the last day of the fiscal year, the amount of vacation shall automatically be reduced to two hundred seventy-five (275) hours at the end of the fiscal year. Supervisors on a Military Leave under Appendix I shall earn vacation leave as though actually employed, without regard to the maximum accumulation set forth above.   • Restoration of Vacation Leave In the event an employee is injured or becomes ill while on vacation leave, the employee may submit a written request to use sick leave and have the equivalent amount of vacation leave restored. The supervisor may require a written medical certificate.
